Is real penis enlargement true or fiction? What do scientists and research say about this? These questions are in fact of interest to a considerable number of the stronger sex, who are not tripled by the size of their male organ.
Today we will find out the conclusion reached by experts who analyzed studies evaluating the effectiveness and safety of various methods of penis enlargement.
Using an extender for penis growth
Marco Ordena and Paolo Gonero of the University of Turin argue that more and more men want to enlarge their penis because they are unhappy with the size. Hence the great interest in various methods that can influence the size of the male genital organ.
Italian researchers analyzed 10 reliable studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of various methods of penile enlargement. Half of them are operating methods tested on 121 people.
Minimally invasive techniques that do not require the use of a scalpel have been tested on 109 people. One of them is a stretching of the penis. This is helped by an extender that exerts a force on the phallus, varying from 600 to 1500 grams.
Extenders work on the same principle as devices used for many years to extend limbs, especially legs. In plastic surgery, the patient's skin surface is enlarged during stretching for subsequent transplantation.

The Orders and Gonero claim that you can also enlarge your penis this way. One of the studies they cited showed that extenders actually lengthen it by an average of 1. 8 cm. Another study showed that thanks to this method, the penis is lengthened by 2. 3 cm.
However, this method is problematic. In the first study mentioned, the extender was required to be used 6 hours a day for 4 months.
In the second, the device had to be worn for 4 hours daily, for 6 months.
Penile Vacuum Pump
Equally problematic to use, but not very effective, has been a vacuum pump for penis enlargement, which acts through a low pressure area. Orders and Gonero warn that even if used for six months, it may not significantly affect the size of the genital organ.
However, both researchers acknowledge that some of the men who used the pump experienced psychological benefits because they were satisfied with the pump.
However, cock rings at the base of the penis, which help maintain more blood in the corpus cavernosum, can be helpful. “These rings can increase the size of the penis and prolong erections, especially for men suffering from psychological anxiety, ” say the Italian experts. However, they admit that they have analyzed only two documented cases of testing this method.
Exercises for penile tissue growth
The Orders and Gonero also tested the effectiveness of fairly popular exercises, which are supposed to improve circulation and thus enlarge the penis.

In 1970, they were proposed by Dr. Brian Richards from the UK. In one of the sexology magazines, he claimed to have tested this powerful method on 32 people. In 28 of them, the penis lengthened by an average of 3. 5 cm, while the volume increased by about 3 cm.
But Italian researchers do not confirm this. Their analysis did not show that exercises to improve the blood supply to the penis allowed it to significantly lengthen or even increase in circumference.
However, on the world wide web you can find a considerable number of techniques, including jelqing, which have a real positive effect. True, to obtain the desired result, the stronger sex has to work for months. The process can be accelerated by special gels and creams based on natural ingredients, the action of which is aimed at stimulating the growth of penile tissues.
Penis enlargement by operation
Real penile enlargement is possible surgically, usually 2-3 cm. In an operation called a ligamentotomy, a specialist cuts the ligaments in the penis that attach the phallus to the pelvic bone. Due to this, it stretches outward from the perineum, but within six months it must be additionally stretched using a special device in the form of an extender.
Unfortunately, after such an operation, sexual performance may suffer, because with an increase in length, the risk of problems with filling the cavernous bodies increases.

The penis can also be completely reconstructed, but this procedure, called phalloplasty, is only offered to people with an anatomical defect, a micropenis (less than 7 cm long).
This technique involves removing the skin from the forearm, twisting it into a penile shape and implanting it into the penis with an artificial urethra and inflatable erection prostheses.
The penis constructed in this way remains sensitive to stimuli, because its surface is covered with micropenis tissues. Also, medicine offers methods during which fat or muscle fragments are transplanted.
